Friday, May 9, 10am-noon. "Proposed Greenhouse Gas Mandatory Reporting." The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality has proposed Greenhouse Gas Mandatory Reporting rules that require certain sources to report greenhouse gas emissions to DEQ. The rules are needed to gain a better understanding of the sources of greenhouse gas emissions in Oregon, and to track progress toward meeting greenhouse gas emission reduction goals.
