House Bill 2063 (Introduced)
Revises criteria for support of child over 18 years of age.
Eliminates authority of court to order child support for child 19
years of age or older, and for child 18 years of age or older and
under 19 years of age if child is not attending secondary school
or equivalent. Eliminates child's standing as party to enforce
support order. Eliminates provisions allowing support to be paid
directly to child. at the request of Representative Bill Witt)
