Louie Records was formed, in part, to allow a bunch of youthful middle-aged folks, with no particular stylistic ax to grind, an opportunity to be heard. Dave Storrs, who runs Louie records, has added engineer and producer to the many other musical hats he has worn in a 35 year music career.

In a garage/studio away from big city traffic and the corporate mentality, Storrs and company have been crafting sounds that come from years of playing, listening, feeling, and just plain living. People are beginning to notice the distinctive, soulful, playful and adventurous Louie sound.
