Sermon Notes for May 6, 2007

“Out with the Old, and in with the new --- God’s Grace”  Revelation 21:1-7

1. God’s promise of eternal life in heaven causes rejoicing.
2. Unbelievers are called to repentance and faith.
3. The believers’ mission is to give the saving message of Christ to people everywhere.
4. Jesus’ Words from the cross, “It is finished”, cause us to rejoice.
5. The heavenly blessings continue in the Sacraments.
6. The believers will go to heaven, while the unbelievers will go to hell.
