Sermon:  Fix your EYES ON JESUS
Text:    Hebrews 11:17-31 and Hebrews 12: 1-3

Outline:
  l. The way through pain to gain is by keeping our eyes on Jesus.
  2. We know that pain is a reality.
  3. We have examples of the faith of Abraham, Moses, and the
       prophets and patriarchs.
  4. Our Old Testament examples knew they were sinners and they
       had faith in God and his promises.
  5. New Testament Christians can look back at the cross and have
       faith in what Christ has done for us and the whole world.
  6. We continue our race focused on Christ, our Savior.
