Sermon:  Unbelief of a Different Kind: Infidelity and the Incarnation
Text:    Matthew 1:18-25

Outline:
  1. Matthew’s Christmas story begins with Joseph center-stage,
     not believing Mary’s claim that she had conceived by
     the Holy Spirit.
  2. But Matthew’s Christmas story ends with Joseph as the
     hero of faith and the guardian of Mary’s Child Jesus,
     "God saves us," Immanuel, "God is with us."
