Terms & Conditions of Sale

PRICES - Prices are per roll (unless otherwise indicated), and are subject to change without notice and will be billed at the prevailing price at the time of shipment. Pricing discrepancies will be confirmed prior to shipment. Prices are net and do not include any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. Tax will be assumed by purchaser. All quantity prices apply to single shipments only.
Minimum order bill: $25.00

PAYMENT TERMS - Net 30 days subject to credit approval. Less 2% Net 10 days. Past due accounts subject to service charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum) on unpaid balance until paid.

DELIVERIES -Shipments will be made as nearly as possible in accordance with dates specified by seller's acceptance of order, subject to any or all causes beyond seller's control.

FREIGHT - Transportation charges are prepaid and allowed to destination on all shipments of $1,250.00 invoice value or more, within the continental limits of the USA, via lowest cost routing.
Freight charges on invoices less than $1,250 are charged to purchaser unless otherwise noted.
Preferred method of shipping - USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  Average delivery time is 2-3 days.
